Alric A. Ofenheimer

Partner – Area: Corporate & M&A, Real Estate

Alric A. Ofenheimer is a partner and co-leader of our corporate and M&A practice group, as well as the real estate practice group. Alric specializes in corporate law and private M&A transactions, including private equity and cross-border transactions. Moreover, Alric has vast experience in advising Austrian and international clients in complex international real estate transactions and other sophisticated real estate matters, including greenfield projects. Alric has been consistently ranked among the 10 most experienced real estate lawyers in Austria for several years. Alric represents public and private companies, in particular multinationals, family conglomerates, financial institutions and medium-sized businesses. Alric’s industry experience covers, among others, real estate, logistics, energy and media.

Prior to joining our firm, Alric worked for a leading international law firm in London and Vienna. He holds law degrees from the University of Graz (Dr iur, Mag iur).

Alric speaks German and English.
