Eisenberger & Herzog advises Austria-based mobile games company Supertreat on their sale to Israeli gaming giant Playtika
Eisenberger & Herzog recently advised Supertreat GmbH, a globally successful mobile games developer based in Graz, Austria, on their sale to Israeli gaming company Playtika Ltd.
The deal was closed on the 16th of January 2019, and both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Eisenberger & Herzog represented the seller throughout the entire transaction, supporting the client not only with corporate and M&A advice, but also regarding all aspects of competition, IP/IT and employment law.

Supertreat is known for the smash hit “Solitaire – Grand Harvest“, currently one of the most successful card game apps for Android and iOS worldwide, and has more than 100 million users.
Playtika, a pioneer in the games industry since it was founded in 2010, has approximately 22 million monthly users globally, currently employs approximately 2,000 employees, and was represented in the transaction by Schoenherr.
